I had the main breaker panel to our house replaced yesterday due to ongoing problems with it. Now I know why it had been acting up over the past few months! Glad we did this before there was a fire. Check out the burnt buss bars

Thanks for the link! My old panel was original to the house, which was built in '74, so it doesn't look like it's covered 
I'm going to do some more research, though. It would be nice to get some money back, the replacement wasn't cheap!
