How do I fix this leak

Pump went dry in 108degree Texas heat. Now the outlet PVC pipe is leaking right where it comes out of pump housing. It looks like some kind of glue or epoxy was holding it together and is now cracked and squirts about a gallon of water an hour . Can I just just glue over it or does it have threads?

That sucks, hopefully you can get it fixed. I didnt realize that you were the OP, sorry.

You're going to have to unscrew the fitting and reseal [edit]replace[end edit] it. Check the fitting for any cracks or other damage.

Your suction fitting is also likely to be compromised as well, so that will need to be checked.

Most likey you will need to cut and replace. The fittings could be warped
