    Water temperature

I use the drops method of testing (not test strips) to check my hot tub water. I keep the water at 100*. Should I test at that temperature or let it cool to room temp? Does it make any differance?
    Thanks

You should do the tests with water straight from the tub. If you take a water sample and let it sit the chlorine/bromine levels can drop noticeably.

One test that you should wait for the water to cool down for is CYA. It is essentially a solubility test and the solubility is higher at 102
