Pond water for showering and brushing teeth

I know this has nothing to do with pools but it does have to do with a pond and water treatment so I thought I would ask here. I am going to the deer lease this weekend and most likely our water supply is still broken so we plan to pump water out of the pond which is fed from a well so the water is clean before the pond. How should I chemically treat the water before pumping it into the house for showering and brushing teeth? I will be using a 250 gallon tank. I assume I should add some bleach to the water to reach 4 ppm which is only 2.1 oz per the pool calculator. Anything else I should add? I will have no way to circulate the water. It will mix well on the drive from the pond to the house but no circulation or filtering.
