I just received my Pentair Intelliflo VS yesterday and inspected it today. I noticed that the motor is not resting on the motor support foot and upon further inspection found that I cannot move the foot insert; it seems to be lodged inside the support foot. Is it just me or is the insert supposed to be in contact with the motor to "support" it? If so, I would assume I have a damaged piece straight out of the box. I initially tried to free up the insert but decided to get some answers before I really "fix" it.
