So last July we moved into our new house. We moved 10 houses down the street from our old house and doubled our lot size. We went from a 40x105 lot to a 77x179 lot.
So we put the pool in late last year and closed it right away. Before diggining we were unaware that we had an almost 4' slope from front to back in the yard, so we had to add armor stone. The first of spring, I adjusted the grade, adding 45 yards of soil in the back half and 15 yards of potato stones. along the back of the shed for drainage.
I did the sod myself, built a shed, and just finished landscaping two days ago. We added glass railing on porch, custom concrete work and just need a new BBQ and paint the shed.
