These codes indicate low cell current and high cell voltage.
These codes could indicate a dirty cell or a cell that needs to be replaced.
Clean the cell per the manufacturers instructions to see if the trouble codes clear.
If the codes are still present after a thorough cleaning, then it may be time for a new cell.
Is there a pool store nearby that can test the cell for you?

I bought a replacement cell/sensor/cord online at Poolsupplyworld for $489 plus tax. It got here (california) fast and is working great. I did have to re-plumb my fittings because the new 3 port cell has different couplers than my old 2 port cell.
