pool hand rails and lifting the solar cover over them

I have a problem here....we have a semi public pool so we have to leave our hand rails up. But....we have a solar cover that we have to lift over those railings every day.
The thing is heavy and it's even heavier since we have a commercial 15 ml cover.
I'm thinking there must be a way to make those railings collapsable so that we could put the cover on wheels and just whell it over.
Does anyone have any ideas/thoughts on how I could make this happen?
Thanks in advance.

This is a little expensive but... there are hinged inserts that are usually used for ladders on pools that have automatic covers. I'm not sure who makes them, but you'd need 4 to get your handrails to lay down on the deck while playing with the cover.

Like I said, they are pricey and you'd need 4, but it is an option. :)
