Weird Cloudy Water

My pool has developed a mild cloudiness to it and at first glance i thought the PH was going to be a little high, but to my suprise it was right on par:

TC: 7
FC: 5
PH:7.2
TA: 70
TH:120
CYA:30

Could the low TA be causing the water to have a cloudy look to it? Pool calc is calling for Baking soda. Should that do the trick? I left the pump run for 24 hours and that has seemed to help. But the cloudiness is still there.

Your TA is perfect. No need to adjust it since your chlorine source is bleach.

Did you reverse your TC & FC #'s?

Well, then you got 2 CC and need to start the shock process.

Detailed instructions in Pool School. Start now/ASAP and your shock level is about 12.
