Looking for some ideas regarding my 18x48 easy set.
Is there anyone who has made a rigid mounting for the skimmer? Mine does not stay put during temp changes. It works very well otherwise. My thinking was to make a bracket possibly out of PVC that is adjustable from the ground since I have no deck.
Can I use the pool vacuum without the "sock" insert since I have a sand filter?
Could you hook the the vacuum after the skimmer on the out side of the pool, like if a some valves and a tee is installed??
I noticed on the return screen there is the center that swivels. Out side that swivel there is screen that is completely blocked. On the return screen supplied with the sand filter pump the outside screen is half covered. Is there any benefits to make it completely open? I might have to post a picture for you to see.
