Hayward Navigator going in circles

Hi All. My Hayward Navigator is now only going in right circles. What's the most probable part or parts that need replacing? Thanks in advance.

Have you done a physical inspection of the unit to see if it's missing any of its outside parts? Specifically the little wings on the sides. Also, what type of pool do you have, concrete, vinyl, etc? You might also need some new feet on it.
