Deck-mount 24'-wide solar blanket reel for one person?

Is there a detachable deck-mounted reel for 24'-wide solar blankets that's worth buying? I could only find one and it has plastic mounting brackets that are prone to break.

I'd really like something that a person could crank with just one hand to roll up the blanket. Nothing that will snap, snag, sag, or roll off its mounts. Any recommendations?

You can buy an inground model if your deck is all around your pool. They make them all metal and even some stainless ones.

Unfortunately it's a free-form pool, so in-ground/under-deck isn't an option.
