Location and quantitys of skimmers

I am about to re-plumb my pool. The pool is 30' x 20' Gunite , I don't have a Spa or Heater and am not going to install them. i was trying to figure out how many skimmers i would need?,how many returns?, and how many suctions? also would these all be 2". where would be the best locations for these.

I would have at least two skimmers; one on each end of the pool. You need enough returns to move the water in such a fashion that the surface water flow is directed toward the skimmers.
