I have power to the unit. LED reads COLD, yet pool temp is 95 deg. Gen. light is consistently blinking. Manual said to switch to super chlorinate & I turned that switch up. Super chlor light did not come on. The cell needs cleaning so I will do that. Any ideas to help?

Sounds like to me you have been hit by lightening or a power surge of some sorts. Open the box and there is a black resistor on the upper right hand side about the size of a 1/2 dollar. See if it's not smoked. Turn the breaker off to the unit & touch it, if it's brittle, then chances are that's preventing your board from operating. I ordered 10 of them from Mouser for a whopping $17 shipped. Sure beats buying a new board for $250-300.
