Help with Nature 2 Duoclear

Hi, does anyone have experience with the Nature 2 Duoclear system? I'm having trouble with mine and I'm at the end of my knowledge for troubleshooting. The issue is that the low salt and no flow lights are on and it is not producing any chlorine. I've balanced the water, cleaned the filter, cleaned the electrode, and replaced the cartridge...none of these have resolved the issue. I read in the installation manual that there is a flow sensor that could be bad but it does not say where it is or how to check it. Any help would be really appreciated!!
