My FC is 2.5 and with my oversized SWG and small pool, 4 hours of super chlorination will raise level. I'm wondering what happens if my Intellitouch is set to run pump for two more hours tonight and I have the super chlorination set for 4 hours. Will it run 100% for two hours tonight and then 2 hours in a.m. or does it count 4 continuous hours and then reset to off only giving me 2 hours of super chlorination?

The standard behavior of an IntelliTouch is to force the pump on for the duration of the super chlorinate cycle.
