Intermatic Pool timer help PLEASE

The old module should have four wires connected to it, two load contacts (the top two in the photo) and two clock/timer motor contacts (the bottom two in the photo). The new timer should have five terminals that those wires can connect to. Start by connecting the clock/timer motor wires to the terminals labeled independent clock supply. Then connect the remaining two wires (load wires) to the NO and C terminals.
So the bottom 2 wires of the old goto the top connectors of the new? So on the current timer the top two are yellow (Load Contacts) and the bottom two are black timer motor contacts.
So i tried to hook it up and set up the timer to go off and it didn't turn on the pump.
The clock moved to ON showing that it was setting off at the time I set it but nothing
on the pump... Any other ideas.

Did you make sure to connect the leads for the pump to C and NO? If you connected them to NC and NO it won't work.
That is correct I skipped the middle connection on the bottom placing it on C and NO. I have both the 240 and 120 timer. How can I be how my pump is wired... I haven't tried the 120 yet.
You only had one wire broken though the timer going to the pump, right? the other wires should go straight to the pump.
I found this picture it is sorta like mine.... I have the jandy controller that has two yellow wires that come out they goto the top of the old timer.

When looking at these parts this looks like my controller It appears I have a convertor to 120V. Is that correct. Maybe I should try and hook up the other timer????? The first one I bought that was 120v???
