New in ground pool build in WPB, Florida.

Hi everyone. We have been going back and forth for about a year talking to pool builders and finally this past March we signed with Van Kirk and Sons here in South Florida. The pool is already built, took between 5 and 7 weeks, probably less if the fence company had finished on time.

Here are some of the details off the top of my head:

Pool:
- 24' x 32' with an 8' x 24' sun shelf, 3' to 5' depth.
- 23k gallons.
- Gunite.
- 1 skimmer
- 3 returns
- 1400 ft^2 pavers deck

Spa:
- 7' x 6' inground spa.
- 4 Jets

Equipment:
- 2 hp Jandy pump (single speed, whish I had asked for a 2 ... oh well)
- Jandy 200 ft cartridge
- Jandy Aquapure SWG
- G & F 120k heat pump
- Aqualink RS PDA
- Air Supply air blower
- 2x Jandy watercolor LED lights in pool
- 1x Jandy watercolor LED light in spa
