Pool Contractor License in Tennessee

Are inground pool builders required to have a contractors license in the state of Tennessee :?: Business License :?:

A quick search and scan makes it appear that $25,000 is the limit. Anything over that requires a license. http://tn.gov/commerce/boards/contracto ... ineWeb.pdf But I could be wrong, I didn't read all that much. If true, that's amazing. California requires licensing for jobs over, I think, $200. Business License is almost a certainty; it's a steady revenue stream for local government!

yeah it varies greatly state to state, here in GA there is no license required for pools
