Gunite was shot about a week ago. It rained heavily today. My lot slopes and all the rough plumbing pipes that are under ground show signs of leaking on the interior. Actually 3 return pipes and one of my led light openings all showed signs of leaking. Does the builder need to be aware of this, and if so is something done about it before plaster, or am i worrying too much and plaster will seal everything up tight? Thanks

Gunite is never completely water proof. It is the plaster that forms a water tight seal. Seeing leaks such as you describe before plaster is applied is normal.
