Just plugged in my new aqua troll to find nothing powers up. Circuit and gfci are all fine. I open the unit up and NONE of the internal cables with their quick connects are connected. They are all loose and not connected to the board. Anyone else ever come across this?

That is odd. I've never seen a unit that was completely disconnected.

got it from my pool store. it was brand new in box. i was able to connect everything internally, though, but I was like WTF is this?! haha. it even had extra wires in there that weren't needed. looks like someone had a bad day on the assembly line.
