Aquarite Problems

I've had my swg for about 5 years. It is showing 0 salt. I had it tested and it has 2800 ppm. I cleaned the salt cell. Salt cell is only 2 years old. Any suggestions. Thank you in advance. It is not generating chlorine. I shocked it and brushed off the algae.

Which cell do you have on your system?
