Anyone seen or tried this? I know digital testers are frowned upon (I have a k2006 and quite like playing mad chemist, but I also like gadgets)...mind you, this one doesn't test TA or CYA.

I see one review at costco.ca and it's negative (says it couldn't read chlorine level). I might pick one up and test it out - I can compare it to the results from my k2006. If it doesn't work Costco will take anything back..
 
It is basically a PH and ORP meter, with a few extras. If you look around, there are many of them. ORP readings are not especially useful, and none of the electronic pocket meters seem to last very long in actual use.
