Aaargh!
I have a Waterway 22" sand filter on a 24" a/g vinyl pool. The whole setup was bought new in 2003. The top-mount valve is the clamp-style, which leaks like a little old lady around the ring. I have tried using an O-ring and the flat gasket, and now just the flat gasket (which is the factory recommendation), but the darn thing won't stay dry!
Has anyone else had this problem?
