You don't need to include a BR number unless you have a bromine pool. Did you get the Cl number using the FAS-DPD or the OTO kit? You should report chlorine as either FC, CC, or TC.

I got the cl number from the k-1000 kit that came with the tf-100. It's the best I could guess. I have a hard time telling the difference between those shades of yellow.
I assume you got the FC & CC numbers from the FAS-DPD kit. If so, there's no use even running the OTO test. The OTO kit tests for TC.
About that OTO test, trying to read the yellow color is kinda difficult for lots of us.
