Totally a Newbie! Help me determine cost for inground gunite

This is my first post, so I apologize if I am posting in the wrong section or if there is a FAQ section I missed that covers this.

We are building a new home, and would like to include a pool that will be primarily for exercise (laps) and aesthetics (glass of wine or dinner overlooking).

I was thinking a lap pool - maybe an infinity edge or end, and a beach or zero entry, a seating ledge, one or two lights, a heater and maybe salt water treatment (low maintenance is important). That's about it for options.

Can someone help me with:

1. how deep
2. how long/wide
3 how much

I am just now getting started in this and am completely lost.

We are in central NC and are on acreage, and our lot is sloping.

Thanks! I can also use the spreadsheet to help me in my decision.

Maybe a better thing to do would be to get some quotes and run them by y'all.

It makes me uncomfortable to know so little about something that is so expensive prior to contracting for it.
