Where can I find the suggested levels of borate and salt levels in the pool?

Can the TF100 test for borates and salt?

No, you need strips for these. You can get them at the same time as your TF-100 for a discount.

Salt is optional if your don't have a SWG. The appropriate salt level depends on why you are adding salt. If adding salt for improved water feel, target 2,000 ppm. For a SWG, see your SWG manual. Borates are optional. The target range for borates is between 30 and 50 ppm.

If i add borax then do i have the option to convert to SWG in the future?

Yes, you can use borax with or without the use of a SWG.
