I have the Aqua Rite SWG. The "Inspect Cell" light began to flash today. It is less than a year old. I'm guessing it is flashing because it has over 500 hours. Can use something other than "muriatic acid" to clean the cell?

That is the automatic reminder after 500 hours. All you need to do is open the cell unions and visually inspect the cell. Make sure there isn't any white crusty stuff in there. If everything looks clean there is no need to clean the cell. If you do need to clean the cell you really do want to use muriatic acid. Once the cell is back in place, hold in the diagnostic button, next to the display, for 3 seconds to reset the inspect cell light.
Ok, thanks for the quick response. I'll inspect it tomorrow and I will buy the muriatic acid if needed.
