I joined this forum the other day and have spent many hours here. I recently purchased a house that has a salt water pool. None of the pools I have owned were salt water. I have found the information here extremely valuable. I just received my TF-100 extended test kit today. The previous owner of the house depended on the local pool store for all his advice. I can't do that. I guess it is because I am an engineer.
I have made spreadsheets of all SWG and test information that I found on this site. I also have included a sheet where I will record and track testing results. I then grabbed all operating manuals off the web for the pool equipment and placed them in a loose leaf notebook. I know I will have some questions on the BBB method once I am into the pool for a month or so.
Prior to that I want to thank all of the posters for their insights.
