Reccomended time of the day to run pump

I was wondering what time of the day everybody run their pump. What is better ? During the day or during night ?

I run mine more than once a day because I don't want the water setting too long without being circulated. If we were on a tiered power charge I'd run it almost all the time at the lowest tier.

It really doesn't matter when you run it.

I'd say if you have solar you should run it between 10am and 4pm. With other types of heating, the morning would probably be best. With an SWG it might make sense to run the system during the day also as to replenish loss from sunlight and daytime bathers.
