Hi!
Can someone direct me to information about where to place expansion joints in a tile pool?
Have searched but can't really find any information that tells me where and how many or how thick they need to be.
I have soon emptied our pool and can see that tile plates are loose on some locations on the walls and hanging together in the epoxy grout only.
I thinking like a maniac trying to figuring out if it depends on movement or if the thinset wasn't applied correctly. I will find out tomorrow if I don't have a fully covered backside when I will remove some of them. But even if they were not fully covered I think it's weird that they will come loose after just one season. I have been careful to emptying the pool very slowly.
