hello - just had a new heater installed - hayward 350. very happy with it. I'm getting a low flow signal on the screen. what could be causing this?

If the heater isn't getting enough water flow it can give that error. The most common cause would be if the filter was dirty. Try backwashing or cleaning the filter. This error can also indicate that there is some kind of a blockage somewhere else in the plumbing or that a valve is set incorrectly, depending on your setup.
