There is no algae or medals in the water. Tested for everything and all levels are good. We have been running our sand filter for a week straight with fresh sand.

Can you tell us more about how the water looks? Is it clear, transparent, sparkling, cloudy, murky, etc? Also, please post a full set of levels, with numbers. Your concept of "good" and our concept of "good" are likely to be quite different.
