We are in the process of getting a pool with the IntelliTouch automation system. Although we are not getting a lot of the wireless automation starting out (just a small wirelss controller), it looks to have the capabilities down the road.
One area I was interested in was the use of PC or rather PDA with the Pentair iTC25 kit. Looking at the specifications it looks to come with a wireless router (got one), a PDA supporting 802.x (got one), a protocol adapter and some software. Although the specification details are hard to find I was wondering if anyone had tried using their existing PDA/Router hardware for substituting the kit components (and reduce purchase price)?
