Brand new pool... leaking...

I am so happy your pool company is fixing your leak. I just had a liner pool put in last year and it seems to me that mine is leaking also.. although not as quickly as yours was... they pressure checked the lines last fall before closing and the test came out fine. I had the pool filled last saturday, but by today ( 4 days later) I've lost about 3/4 inch.. and we even had rain one night. I dont know if that is normal or not... I live in N.E. Ohio and I have the water heated to 85 degrees.. its a liner pool 18' x 36'. The temperature has been in the eighties.

3/4" in 4 days isn't a lot, especially heated as a high as you have it. I recommend you run the bucket test as outlined in this Pool School article. Be sure to sit the bucket in the pool so the bucket water will be the same temp as the pool water.
