We bought this house last October and it came with an above ground pool. In the crawl space of the house we have found a large plastic storage tub with lots of white hose (kind of stiff), one hose with a nozzle thingy (has a rusty spring), and a blue handled something with "Kontiki" written on it (has a large b lue web like circle around one end). Is this a vacuum? If so, how do I hook it up and use it? I would love to use it as we get up the last of the debris from the bottom of the pool. Will it pull up sand?

It is a suction side cleaner that hooks into your skimmer. Just do a search for Kontiki pool cleaner.
