Discovered a dead rabbit floating in the pool this afternoon. Do I need to do anything with the water?

I'd shock. And if you fished it out using a skimmer, leave that in to soak for an hour or so while the FC is up there.
I don't know about that. I hunted up the CDC guidelines, since the hazard is similar to a "fecal matter incident." Section 6.5.3.1 and 6.5.3.2 give some guidelines. They are vague about how CYA affects FC, since commercial pools don't get to use it much.
A couple hours should kill anything the rabbit brought in with it, unless the rabbit started leaking something.

Appeared to be "intact" when I got it out. Just hate to not get to swim if everything is likely ok.

Maybe you could find out how the rabbit he did get in there on the first place! You no want another rabbit in your pool
