Ok, if your pool sits inground how should it be plumbed because it will be backfilled once we get water in it. Also how about the sand pump, can it sit on level ground.
We are worried about the skimmer working correctly, any tips would be great
24x48 round dished out center 60 in, buried 2 feet more on the slope.

Most aboveground pumps need to be installed below the water line. If you are going to install the equipment above the waterline you need to make sure that you get a pump that is capable of self priming.

The filter can be really heavy. It is best to set it on a concrete slab or pre-manufactured equipment pad so it doesn't sink into the ground.

My AGP is buried 2 ft. Pump and filter sit at that same level. NO problems with pump, filter, or skimmer at all. Equipment is sitting on one of those plastic air conditioner compressor pads.

Could anyone send some pics on how the plumbing works on your buried abg pool
Thanks so much! this site has helped me so much, we are just now getting the last concrete blocks down for the footplates, hopefully wall next. Had no idea that was going to be a days project.
Hopefully post pics soon.
