Just an update on using floaters in the tropics

In the summer they don't supply enough chlorine to keep a pool sanitized.

I also need to run my pools at 60ppm-80ppm CYA.....tablets in skimmer and some in floater. and 1-2 gallons of liquid chlor per week depending on pool volume....

however better to use a salt system and run 80-100ppm of cya..

so my idea of running tablet run pools on 20-30ppm of CYA and a floater fell apart...at least in the summer here in the tropics.. winter it can work,.,,

You weren't going to be able to keep a tablet run pool at 20-30 ppm CYA for very long...

Is there any reason you could not install this pump instead of using floaters?
