Southern NH
We broke ground a couple of weeks ago - due to bad weather and hitting a rock in the deep end that had to be sheered off today, we are a bit behind schedule. We are hoping to pick up the pace this week though and have water by the long weekend! Fingers crossed :)

Thanks! We love the shape too :)

We now have a concrete bottom and waiting for the liner/foam bottom to be put in (had to wait for liner measurements with cozy cove before liner could be ordered). Here's a picture before concrete...will have to update tomorrow with pictures of the concrete!

Time frame is to finish within the next week and a half - liner should be in by Tuesday and hopefully smooth sailing from there!!

No smooth sailing yet...liner was ordered and company made it wrong (put cozy cove on opposite side) :( Rush was put on to get a new one made which hopefully will be here tomorrow or Thursday. In the meantime, patio work has started and equipment has been pretty much installed. Here's some new pics:

Your build is looking GREAT!! We just got our permit approvals today for everything, they are suppose to be starting with in the next week- week and a half!!! I have been patio Furniture shopping, its a lot harder than I thought!!! Haha, congrats on the progress! Can't wait to see more photos!!

More pics of finished pool - woohoo!! :)

Temp is up to about 72 today with running heater for 1.5 days. Hope to shut it off tomorrow and let the sun take over :) Next step: test water and figure out how to treat water, along with search for furniture!

Project has completely finished after yesterday! Rocks are down around the pool and the remainder of the yard has been hydro-seeded! Thanks to everyone for all of the advice along the way! :) We are now swimming in 81 degree water that is crystal clear!!

We're in Southern NH as well and hit tons of granite and ledge & an underground spring. We had to stop at 7 1/2 feet - I felt your pain with the delays of boulder digging. Your pool looks great - may I ask who did it? How do you like the heater?

Thanks - we are enjoying it so much already! :)

maggiem - Your Pool Pal did the pool and then we had various other contractors in here to do the fencing and landscaping. How is your pool coming along - are you past the digging phase now? What pool builder did you go with? Good luck getting to the finish if you have not already! It's worth it in the end :)
