We have a 10' easement along the back of out yard and are going to have our above ground pool built right up against it. My question is whether or not we can place the pump and filter over the easement and run the electric through the easement? The utilities have already come out and there are no lines run that would interfere. I just don't want to be against code and not pass inspection. Thanks!

That completely depends on the setback rules in your local area and the specific conditions attached to the easement. Both of those vary quite a bit, so it is impossible for us to predict.
Plus a year or two down the road they may decide they need the easement to run new lines or something, then you are stuck with having to move things and patching the liner.
