What is this crappy chemical "Super Oxidizing Shock"

This is the excerpt from the PB website for a non-chlroine shock"
they gave me like 10 packs of this Crud and it doesn't have any active ingredients on the packaging

As I am starting with BBB from teh beginning I am not worried about using this but "WHAT IS IT"

I can't find a description of what it contains, but it is probably MPS. Nearly all of the non-chlorine shocks are MPS.
