Foaming algaecide...help

I made the mistake of putting in a cheaper algaecide...the kind that foams. How does one get rid of the foaming. The kids get in...splash around and the pool foams up. Any ideas how to get rid of the foam? Thanks.

Just give it time and it will slowly go away.

What Isaac-1 said. It usually takes several days to go away completely and there is essentially nothing you can do to speed it up.

However, after a warm spell in March I added some more and this is what I have to put up with as a result! No algae, but plenty of foam... :grrrr:
I'm glad to hear that it will gradually go away!
