We have a Jandy Aquapure 1400, in floor pop-up cleaning system, and cartridge filter. The past few months we are continually getting debris caught in the salt cell causing an error message. What could be wrong with the system that is allowing debris to get in? Pool is about 5 years old. Thanks for any help.

There shouldn't be any debris getting past your filter, so checking the cartridge to make sure it's seated properly and doesn't have any tears would be my first suggestion. What kind of junk are you pulling out of the cell?
Leaves and stems. Debris normally caught in the skimmer or leaf basket (or whatever that is called). Thanks.
