Hi. I have read somewhere that each time you replace a liner on an AG pool, you should definitely replace the gaskets, but if the entire pool is only 4 yrs old, and you use some silicone, would there be any known problems stemming from this? Thanks.

If I'm replacing the liner I'm not going to leave the old gaskets in place evn if they were only a year old.

I'd also replace the faceplates, new liner= new faceplates.
