It arrived nonworking last year and I spent months working with support to get warranty repairs. It took the technicians several trips to get it working from bad diagnostic advice from Aquatrol/Hayward Controls. They eventually ended up replacing everything but the shiny white box (cell & motherboard) and we had 1 month to enjoy it in an operational state.
Now that the pool has been shocked and cleaned and I go back to start it up, it is again non operational. I am getting salt reading all over the place on the low side. Salt tests register on the high side -if anything.
I've resorted to ordering an electronic salt meter but really feel like maybe I should yank of the band aid and start looking for a replacement device.
