Hello all,

Installing the LQ tonight...quick question:

Assuming you have correctly opened your pool and your reading are within tolerances...and understating that not all pools are the same...Is there such thing as a best time of day to run your LQ based on how algae grows in order to prevent an outbreak?

Thanks in advance, Bo

The differences are very small, but there is an advantage to running during the day. You save a little chlorine by adding chlorine constantly through the day. If you have time of day electric rates that are lower at night, I'd run at night as that will make save more money, but without something like that, running during the day is better.
