Aquabot Rover Jr. Tangled Cord?

I have an Aquabot Rover Jr and the cord is tangled pretty bad and is not untangling like it should. Anyone have any tips?

Every time I get through using mine, I work out all the kinks and curls and leave it straightened out in the sun for a bit if i can. Switching that front wheel pin to a different side every time can help somewhat.

I switch the pin every time. I'll try to work out the kinks I guess. It is a great unit though-I love mine.
