Light isn't working

My wife turned on the underwater pool light the other night, and it was really dim. I figured it was going bad, so we turned it off. The next night I turned it on, and it was bright again. After about 20 minutes (maybe), it went out completely. Today it still isn't working at all. I guess the dimming issue kind of confused me. Would this be an electrical issue or just a burned out bulb?

Most likely that is a burned out bulb, possibly caused by a leaking fixture. It is worth checking the GFCI first, since that is easy, but I doubt that is the problem.
