Easy, yummy pork roast

Pre-heat the grill to lowest setting. Wash a large pork roast and pat dry. Pack on Old Bay Seafood Spice and place the roast on the grill. Keep watch over it for the first 20 minutes. If the grill is too hot, prop it open an inch or so to avoid barking (charring) the meat. Use a timer and turn the roast every 20 minutes. A large roast will take 4 to 41/2 hrs to cook tender. Remove and set aside for at least 10 minutes before slicing.

This roast is for special guests or family dinners.

I usually place Idaho potatoes on the grill as a side item.
